Registration is open for the virtual SourcesOH Secondary Program Coordinator training on Wednesday, February 19 from 8:30-4:00 pm. There is no cost to register.
This training is designed for adults who are or will be coordinating a Sources of Strength Secondary Program (grades 7-12) at their school. This training differs from the Adult Advisor Training in that it takes a deeper dive into the operational aspects of Sources.
The training will help participants understand:
The Sources of Strength Mission and Philosophy.
How to support operational aspects of Sources programming, like recruiting Adult Advisors and Peer Leaders and coordinating training logistics.
How to support Adult Advisors and Peer Leaders with campaign planning.
Options to expand the size, reach, and impact of the program.
Program fidelity, evaluation, and multi-year program implementation strategies.
